Our client, an established Quantity Surveying practice, is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor due to sustained, organic growth with existing clients. Operating across multiple sectors including prime residential, commercial, education, hotels, heritage, public buildings, and buildings. Project values range from £100k - £50m.
The Position:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in a full range of pre and post contract services including but not limited to:
1. Working out of the Winchester office
2. Working on a mix between prime residential, country homes, and some interesting projects for high-net-worth clients
3. Ideally MRICS
4. Experienced in JCT contract formation and administration
5. Experienced in valuation
6. Experienced in final account negotiation
7. Experienced in estimation and cost planning
8. Past PQS experience extremely beneficial
To be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
1. Ideally candidates will be MRICS qualified or equivalent
2. Experienced in providing a full spectrum of PQS services
3. Strong client-facing ability and communication skills
4. Good IT skills and ability to use measurement software
5. Team player – enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and a positive contributor
