The Role:
As a vital part of their Operations Team, you’ll delve into a world of diverse company secretarial and administrative tasks, supporting numerous clients across various industries, with a special focus on property management companies. This role sits within a small accountancy firm that has a close-knit culture, encouraging best practice and constant upskilling.
Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of handling company formations, share transfers, director changes, confirmation statements and more, leading in the preparation of board minutes with precision and excellent detail. You will have the pleasure of professionally collaborating closely with their senior management, continuously developing your skills and technical ability, in a hard-working and exciting environment.
Essential Criteria:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role involving regular company secretarial work.
2. Extensive knowledge of company Law and governance.
3. Exceptional communication skills that are both professional and personable.
4. The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Fully or part CGI qualified.
2. Familiarity with company Secretarial Software (such as Digita or Diligent).
3. Bonus points if you’ve worked with property management companies!
