Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to help manage the construction of a 88 unit Rc frame development. Position Overview: As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the residential project from start to finish. You will work with the site team across all on-site operations, including managing trades, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining the project’s schedule. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to play a key role in a high-profile development. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the construction of the block is progressing according to plan. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel. Ensure the project adheres to strict timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure high-quality workmanship is maintained throughout the build process. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify any potential issues or risks. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment with project goals. Prepare and maintain detailed site records and reports. Manage site logistics and resources effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as an assistant site manager within the industry, ideally with experience in Rc frame developments. Excellent understanding of construction processes, regulations, and health and safety requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
