Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist maintenance contractor who are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager. Part of a well-established privately owned group, the company are specialists in fire regulation work, offering innovative solutions to their customers in both the private and public sectors.
This is a key role working closely with senior management to plan, manage and coordinate change across a large volume of maintenance and repair contracts.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and the desire to work for a growing business and progress as the business continues to develop.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
* Planning multiple reactive and planned maintenance projects
* Ensuring that contracts are delivered to the original design specifications
* Planning labour and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standards
* Ensuring all HSE Legislation is understood, in place and adhered to including fire safety regulations
* Overseeing project budgets and controlling project costs
* Managing work on site
* Working closely with the team to lead, mentor and develop skills
The Contracts Manager will need:
