Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management: Work with the Fundraising & Events Manager to meet business objectives and participate in performance reviews.
2. Safety & Legal Compliance: Conduct all activities safely, legally, and in compliance with charity policies, including the Charities Act 1992, Health & Safety legislation, and GDPR laws.
3. Confidentiality & Other Duties: Maintain confidentiality and perform any other duties as directed by the Fundraising & Marketing Director.
About You:
You are a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for community engagement. You have a proven track record in fundraising, event planning, or a related field. You are organised, creative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You are committed to ethical fundraising and have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
