About the Role
As Paid Search & SEO Manager, you’ll own and shape the brand’s Google Ads and SEO strategies, ensuring every campaign drives traffic, maximises ROI, and elevates brand visibility. Working closely with creative, analytics, and content teams, you’ll create high-performing, data-driven campaigns that deliver results.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Google Ads Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimise campaigns to exceed performance KPIs such as ROAS and CPA.
* SEO Strategy: Enhance rankings, traffic, and visibility, focusing on free Shopping listings and high-priority categories.
* Keyword Mastery: Perform in-depth keyword research and gap analysis to maximise page and product coverage.
* Creative Collaboration: Work with design and brand teams to produce engaging, on-brand creative assets that drive conversions.
* Audience Targeting: Build and refine audience segments and retargeting strategies for maximum impact.
* Analytics & Optimisation: Leverage data insights to assess performance and make informed, real-time adjustments.
* A/B Testing: Continuously test campaign components like ad copy, visuals, and targeting to drive improvement.
* Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, report on spend and performance, and offer strategic recommendations.
* Industry Trends: Stay ahead of Google updates, advertising policies, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 3+ years in Paid Search & SEO with proven success managing budgets and achieving performance goals.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
* Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical mindset and experience making decisions rooted in campaign data.
* Team Player: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, content, and analytics teams.
* Industry Background: Experience in fashion, retail, or eCommerce is preferred—familiarity with Shopify and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
