Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator, initially on a temporary basis and with the potential for longer term/permanent employment.
This role is based in our client’s Inverness office and would suit an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are self motivated, driven, organised and work well on your own initiative and as part of a wider team.
Duties include
Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the business, ensuring all work is carried out with accuracy and attention to detail.
Training administration, booking courses, venues and accommodation for delegates.
Updating training results, certificates etc.
Deal with general enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
Assisting with Management Reports.
Carrying out reconciliations.
Updating personnel records.
Ensuring compliance with data/GDPR regulations.
Person Specification:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
Well organised and able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
