To lead the locality based older adult Community Mental Health Nursing Team (CMHT) to deliver and develop local services in line with West Lothian HSCP Strategy and the agreed policies and procedures. To be responsible for the resources allocated to the CMHT and directly provided care services at local level whilst ensuring these are effectively used To work in partnership with other stakeholders across the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) to ensure the CMHT Service is effective and continues to develop to meet assessed needs. This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
