We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial and Finance Director to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role that will help drive the strategic direction of BrisDoc, ensuring the delivery of our commercial and financial objectives while safeguarding the long-term financial health of the organisation.

1. Collaborate with the Board and Executive Team to define and implement BrisDoc's strategic direction and business development model, aligning with our vision and business goals.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy. Oversee the production of statutory accounts, management accounts, and financial reporting. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring efficient resource management.
3. Lead strategic contract negotiations and performance monitoring, including working with commissioners and suppliers. Respond to market conditions, competitors, and patient needs to inform business planning and identify growth opportunities.
4. Maintain high financial governance standards and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance and effective stewardship of funds.
5. Lead and mentor a high-performing Finance Team, fostering professional development and organisational success.

2. In-Hours Primary Care: Operating GP practices such as Broadmead Medical Centre and Charlotte Keel Medical Practice, providing comprehensive healthcare services during standard hours.
3. Homeless Health Service: Dedicated to addressing the healthcare needs of homeless individuals, offering support through clinics and outreach teams.
