This role will specifically focus on supporting their Data Centre, Life Sciences, Industrial and Manufacturing & Logistics sectors. Locations include Ireland, UK, Poland, Spain and Belgium.Roles & Responsibilities Manage sustainability projects from concept to handover stage, undertaking LEED, WELL, Fitwel and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial, industrial/mission critical & education sectors in Ireland and wider EMEA. Identify opportunities for carbon reduction on projects and provide technical solutions validated through LCA and whole life assessments Advise on NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building and MMC design strategies. Work closely with project team to develop innovative design solutions to meet client or practice goals for sustainability. Undertake climate risk assessment and whole building life-cycle assessment. Understand and apply current and proposed sustainability related legislation (Building and Planning regulations). Liaise with our in-house research team on disruptive technologies, sustainable design research and assist on carbon neutral workplace development and 2025 practice targets. Prepare technical reports.
