JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for an experienced Contract Manager with Facilities Management experience to work on a contract in Rochdale. This contract also covers some other sites in Yorkshire; however, it will be Rochdale based. This is a site-based role 5 days per week. Previous Contract Management experience in FM is essential. This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing a contract involving 13 buildings.
2. Managing Soft and Hard services.
3. Direct reports management.
4. Managing budgets and accounts.
5. Regular updates and meetings with the client on site.
6. Liaison with other departments.
7. Regular liaison and site updates with line manager.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.
This role offers a salary of 60,000 - 70,000 + 5,400 car allowance plus package.
