Deputy Clinical Manager Location: West Yorkshire Salary: £44,946.72 per annum (£24.01 per hour) Hours: 36 hours per week (12 hours supernumerary, 24 hours nursing shifts) Required Qualifications: Active NMC PIN, Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Social Care or Level 5 Leader in Adult Social Care (or willingness to undertake further training) About the Role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Clinical Manager to join a well-established nursing home in West Yorkshire. This role is ideal for an experienced nursing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading the care and nursing teams, ensuring outstanding care standards are met. You will be responsible for care planning, medication management, and compliance with CQC regulations. Additionally, you will support staff development through coaching and mentorship while working closely with the Home Manager on audits, budgeting, and overall service improvement. This role is clinical, requiring an RGN qualification and an active NMC PIN.
