FPP is all about shoppers: understanding them, communicating with them and finding ways to make it easier for them to choose our client’s brands. We’re good at it and proud of our people, their experience, passion and skills. We work with major household brands so you will get the chance to see evidence of your work; we are an innovative agency and work with new technologies such as Virtual reality and Augmented reality.
The Role
Our Client Manager will work as part of the Client Services team, working with some large FMCG clients; you will act as the key interface between our client, the business and agency.
The role will involve:
* Coordinating the agency response to client briefs, narrating our project story to the client in a language the client understands.
* Developing relationships with our clients to ensure that we are able to maximise opportunities.
* Using client understanding to inspire and feed our creative excellence.
* Creating project cost estimates.
* Understanding and tracking revenue for each project.
* Updating all forecasting tracking sheets.
* Managing the project information with the client and agency project team.
* Building and maintaining good relationships with partner suppliers.
About our team
The Client Services team would describe themselves as a family, who are passionate about providing our Clients with an outstanding level of project support which ensures excellence in all projects we deliver.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has had both experience as a Client Manager and is a good fit in our culture. At FPP it’s all about finding the right person and finding someone who lives our values.
* You will Be Nosey. You will be constantly questioning and genuinely interested in both our client and how the agency can deliver against their brief. You will want to know all about the Client’s business and the challenges they face. You will also want to understand our agency and how we can best deliver a response to the client’s challenges.
* You will demonstrate sweetness not weakness. You will be a genuinely nice person but you won’t let that get in the way of being honest and telling both the agency and the Client what they need to hear to ensure we succeed.
* You will have the ability to Make Fantastic Simple. You will work out the best way to lead a project briefing process, coordinating the agency team to ensure all client briefs are answered.
* Eyes Wide Shop, you care about our clients and also what shoppers do and why they do what they do.
Working Hours
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30, but we can be flexible. It is the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, whether this is a new sofa being delivered, your child’s graduation or something equally as important to you.
