Role Description
We see this role as critical to our plans for 2024. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Resource Planner to work alongside our Reactive Operations Manager and Team. A common-sense, thinking outside the box mentality is crucial for us as we develop our operations function through the next stage of growth. We are looking for the right person, not the right qualification, so if you have the skills to make an impact in a fast-paced, quality driven environment then we want to hear from you. The successful candidate would be subject to a 3 month probationary period.
Responsibilities
1. Liaising with operatives for job book related issues.
2. Booking hotels and updating relevant spreadsheets/PO’s.
3. Booking agency staff and updating relevant spreadsheet/PO’s.
4. Checking and processing timesheets against trackers/REPS.
5. Updating day-to-day rotas.
6. Processing operative holidays and updating relevant rotas/SAGE Payroll.
7. Liaising with Depot Supervisors for stock levels and managing this so we have sufficient stock to cover jobs.
8. Updating relevant spreadsheets for issues with lights, i.e. fault finding and reporting on it.
9. Scheduling Operatives on REPS.
10. Updating relevant task boards with free Ops.
11. Chasing Operatives to complete REPS tasks.
12. Checking Agency Ops have sent in hourly photos on the relevant portal.
13. Processing Agency timesheets.
Skills
1. High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
3. Ability to prioritise own work and to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
4. Must be flexible with working hours and days (in case of shift changes/increased workloads), with a “can do” attitude.
