Technical Project Manager
Reporting to: Director of Operations
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Per Annum (Depending on experience) plus car allowance
Full time (Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week)
Location: Remote

Job purpose:
As Technical Project Manager of the Netomnia Technology Team your will be accountable for scoping and delivery of digital and technical solutions within Netomnia. You will be working very closely with senior stakeholders across all the Netomnia departments. You will own and structure your implementations and activities around Netomnia e2e process.
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives to combine and optimise activities which accelerate delivery of our product and services, maximise cost savings, improve quality and save time.
This role will take charge of organising people, information, and resources to enable the Technology team to work effectively and deliver valuable outputs that meet stakeholders requirements and expectations, suggesting and leading change where required.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing and owning the technology delivery programme with regular prioritisation meetings in place with business directors
* Documenting and owning Netomnia end to end process
* Producing and owning technical handbooks for the end users for the software used within Netomnia (e.g. Odin, QGIS)
* Scoping the requirements for digital and technical solutions, ranging from software upgrades and database improvements to network features development and deployment of new solutions
* Translating end user requirements into the language of software developers, data analysts and network component manufacturers to ensure that the end product exceeds end users’ expectations
* Ownership and management of the projects budgets
* 3rd Party Supplier Management for Products and Service in support of complex project deliveries
* Provide a point of escalation for your team and stakeholders
* Actively managing project performance through established risk management techniques to ensure timely delivery.
* Compiling and submitting project status reports to all stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Excellent understanding of Fibre Network Design, Build and Operation processes
* Excellent understanding of digital systems and configurations
* Recent experience of successful project management with quality, time and cost KPIs met
* Detailed knowledge of the methodologies, processes and capabilities required to manage successful projects
* Ability to adopt a tactical approach to maintain progress to plan, without losing sight of outcomes and benefits
* Understanding of PIA, CDM, and NRSWA is required
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience of stakeholder management- setting and maintaining expectations, providing smooth scoping and delivery experience
* Proactive with ability to anticipate, communicate and resolve issues with minimal guidance
* Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and customer service
* A drive for excellence and high attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and work with the flexibility required
