Required in: London Depot (Hemel Hempstead) / Northampton Depot (Rushden)
Purpose: To identify, attract and shortlist candidates as per business requirements and demand.

Focus areas of the role:
1. Lead generation of potential HGV Drivers on social media platforms.
2. Liaising with internal customers.
3. Sourcing new HGV Drivers from database, social media, referrals and via other recruitment campaigns.
4. Understanding role requirements and transferable skills.
5. Accurately updating team spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel.
6. High-volume call-handling.
7. Inbound and outbound communication across all platforms.
8. Screening job applications and making first contact with applicants.
9. Booking inductions, medicals and assessments.
10. Posting, screening and maintaining a social media presence with job adverts and images (working alongside the Marketing Department).
11. Work alongside transport managers to identify driver requirements.
12. Maintain database of training records and carry out gap analysis. Ensure 100% Driver compliance.
13. Booking of site inductions for driver teams as per transport team requirements.
14. Booking training and testing for internal and external customers.

3. Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written.
4. Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to prioritise and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
6. Previous experience in a HGV recruitment role.
7. Competent IT/Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
