Warehouse Manager
Proftech Talent are working with Motormax on the recruitment of a Warehouse Manager to join their Shenstone based team.

Their warehouse operations are crucial to their ability to meet the needs of our customers, and they are seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth running of operations.
As the Warehouse Manager at Motormax, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and organised operation of the warehouse while meeting daily targets and customer expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role that will require effective communication and problem-solving skills to maintain a high standard of service.
As a Warehouse Manager you will need to have/be:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of warehouse controlling, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate workforce.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (CRM) and other inventory software.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A valid forklift license would be desirable but not essential.Details:

Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

Duration: PermanentRole of Warehouse Manager:
Manage day-to-day functions of the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices for safety, performance, and productivity.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure inventory is tracked and maintained accurately, performing regular stock checks and audits.
Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
Handle the scheduling of shipments, deliveries, and returns, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.
Manage warehouse equipment and resources, ensuring they are maintained in good working order.
Continuously evaluate and improve operating processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
