We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a housing association in the North of England. This role focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinating financial information, and advising on accounting policies. You'll work closely with senior finance leaders and contribute to key decisions impacting business and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial insights and support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Produce monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and performance analysis.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support year-end reporting.
4. Drive process improvements and deliver value for money advice.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Accountant with membership of a professional body.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, particularly UK FRS and Housing SORP.
3. Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
4. Previous experience in housing association finance is preferred.
