Project Overview:
This exciting development in Hertfordshire consists of 60 low-rise, traditional build apartments. The project is expected to run until 2026 and presents a great opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a major residential scheme.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the development. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career in construction management, overseeing the successful delivery of this residential project from start to finish.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within residential construction.
Knowledge of traditional build methods, low-rise apartment developments, and general construction practices.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress within the industry.
Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid) would be beneficial.
