Job Description Lettings Property Manager - Nottingham - up to £30k plus commission My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. This role will required someone with Lettings Property Management experience. This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration. Key Skills Required for the Lettings Property Management Role: Previous Property Management experience is essential You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy Team player with the ability to work under pressure Full and clean UK driving licence Well presented Strong attention to detail Working Hours - Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm (30 min lunch break ) Saturday: 1 in 3 on a rota basis, 9.00am - 2.00pm The team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
