Provide technical leadership for demand forecasting and market development studies. Communicate key market trends effectively both internally and externally. Mentor and support team members to develop their skills. Lead business planning capabilities such as revenue model development and operating cost performance. Proven experience of civil infrastructure transactions with a track record of delivering technical projects. Broad experience in the aviation sector, including business planning, aeronautical and commercial revenues, operating costs, regulation, strategy development, management organization, and capacity appraisal. Experience with industry-standard forecasting techniques. Excellent analytical skills and ability to lead complex spreadsheet models. Extensive experience producing high-quality technical reports for private and public sector clients. Proven experience leading technical workstreams and overall projects.
