The Address Hotel Glasgow are currently looking for a Bartender to join our talented Food and Beverage team. You will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage team in serving and assisting guests and customers, whilst also ensuring that the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages to hotel guests, ensuring high-quality service at all times Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment at the bar Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards Engage with guests to recommend cocktails and offer a personalized experience Handle cash and card transactions accurately Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Ensure the smooth running of the bar, especially during busy periods Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide a seamless service Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of cocktail trends and popular drinks Comply with all relevant licensing laws and regulations What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Bartender, ideally in a hotel, cocktail bar, or similar environment Passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude towards guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work evenings and weekends A valid Personal License (desirable but not essential) The Candidate · Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a bar. · Available to work a flexible roster based which will include late at night finishes · Fluent English and excellent communication skills. · Available and eligible to work either part time or full-time.
