We are recruiting a Senior Social Worker with a range of skills and experience within the Dartford Community Team.
KCC operates in a hybrid model of office-based work (Gravesend) and remote work to meet service needs.
£3000 Golden Hello payment to new joiners (subject to criteria) and ongoing service-related payments following continuous service.

About You
We welcome applications from experienced Social Workers with post-qualification experience in Social Services, health agencies, or related organizations.
You must hold registration with Social Work England and be capable of working at the Advanced Practitioner level.
You should have experience managing risk and safeguarding enquiries, supervising staff, and performance management.
We seek positive, forward-thinking individuals who practice strengths-based, outcome-focused social work. Collaboration and teamwork are essential.
You must hold a Full UK Driving License. The Council is committed to reasonable adjustments; applications from those unable to drive due to disability are still welcome.
