Join our IT Enterprise Solutions team based in Bristol as a Senior Project Manager and help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation.
As a Senior Project Manager within our expanding Enterprise solutions team, you'll lead and manage large-scale transformation initiatives to improve organisational performance, efficiency, and adaptability. You'll manage the full life cycle of change programmes, from initial scoping and planning through to execution, monitoring, and evaluation. We also need you to work alongside senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and ensure the successful delivery of change projects as we scale into one of the world's most highly-regarded eVTOL Aviation businesses.
What success will look like for you, as a Senior Project Manager:
* Own the design, planning, and execution of business change programmes, ensuring that they align with the organisation's strategic goals and priorities.
* Take lead on defining programme scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Engage with senior leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure alignment with the programme’s goals and objectives.
* Manage programme risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to address potential obstacles.
* Develop and manage the programme’s budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and financial targets are met.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure programme success and deliverables.
What would we like you to bring?
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, Change Manager, or similar leadership role with a focus on large-scale business transformation initiatives.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and manage complex programmes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Ideally, but not essentially, you'll have professional certifications in Programme/Project Management or Change Management, knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies, and experience in managing change across multiple departments or international locations.
