Mixing commercial planning/analysis with the buzz of hitting targets, this is a high profile role and your impact will be felt right away. What You'll Do Lead the commercial planning/forecasting process for all retention activities across NOW Forecast subscriber churn as part of quarterly planning. Develop models and methods to meet the forecasting challenges as business needs evolves. Effectively communicate changes, rationale and secure buy-in for forecasts Through a combination of your own analysis and insight from data intelligence teams, proactively identify risks/opps in the forecast and form plans to address them Own and drive forward the reporting and analysis roadmap for retention, working with multiple stakeholders to effectively prioritise capabilities/initiatives that will deliver the most value Support the wider Retention team with targeted Saves activities aiming to reduce churn and maximise EBIT What you'll bring: Highly analytical/numerate approach - able to quickly identify trends using data visualisation tools to inform detailed forecasts Commercial acumen - adept at using analysis to formulate customer-facing propositions designed to improve retention and customer value, balancing short and longer term objectives in your decision making Strategic & data driven - Able to think strategically and guide planning/decision making based on insight Stakeholder management - Adept at agreeing decisions/recommendations (from the every day to the higher stakes); able to secure the support and resources you need and seeing projects through from ideation to large scale roll out How you'll work: We know the world has changed, and we want to offer our employees the chance to collaborate at our unique office spaces, whilst enjoying the convenience of working from home.
