Are you a skilled administrator with a passion for supporting students in a vibrant educational environment? We are currently seeking an experienced Pastoral Administrator to join a secondary school in Leeds, starting immediately until Christmas 2024, with the possibility of extension.
Role Overview:
As a Pastoral Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of pastoral care within the school community. Your responsibilities will include:
– Creating Suspension Packs: Assisting in preparing materials and documentation related to student suspensions.
– Contacting Parents: Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding student welfare and administrative matters.
– General Administrative Duties: Undertaking various administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the school office.
– Supporting Year 7 Students : Providing assistance and guidance to Year 7 students as part of the school’s commitment to excellent pastoral care.
Work Schedule:
– Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (finishing at 3:30 pm on Fridays).
