Fundamental to the successful delivery of this ongoing service improvement programme is the support and development and implementation of core clinical and IT systems. This is a hybrid working role, with a minimum requirement to work from the various Velindre University NHS Trust locations,2 to 3 days each week (with flexibility to be at various sites on additional days for events and meetings as required by the organisation). (This form is for the staff member and line manager to complete and return to you) Main duties of the job Assist in the provision of project management by supporting a portfolio of service improvement projects undertaken across the Trust and act as a project manager for specific digital projects. Provide an understanding of all projects within Trust and identify what resources / input is required from the Digital department. Assist Digital colleagues in providing accurate timescales for work to be undertaken so this can be accurately reflected in project plans and inform go-live / project implementation dates. Work with the Senior Managers and Supervisors across the Trust to allocate resources to project work, including prioritisation of work and managing conflicting resources. Produce and update plans and documentation. Provide support, guidance and training for project teams and staff throughout the project lifecycle, using agreed project documentation Supervise project team staff and work with other project managers in the organisation in the production of plans, documentation and guidance.Assist the Digital Programme Team in continually developing project management methodologies across the entire division and Velindre University NHS Trust.
