Job Title: Social Worker – Integrated Care and Support Team
Location: Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council
Rate: £35 per hour
Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council are looking for a social worker for their Integrated Care and Support Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will take the lead on supporting adults to live well at home. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and your work will include undertaking assessments, direct work with adults and families, Court work and formulating and implementing Support Plans.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK license, have post-qualified experience, and hold a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
