Working with trusted local leaders across London, they provide solutions through their team, backed up by a pool of volunteer consultants who offer professional support. They are now looking for a National Delivery Officer to join them on a full-time, fixed-term basis for two years, working 37.5 hours per week. Acting as a key point of contact for our client’s network of groups, you will ensure they are aware of, and accessing, their range of services, while managing volunteer consultants to deliver tailored assistance. You will also develop strong partnerships with local organisations and stakeholders, supporting their place-based approach to delivery and enhancing their presence in the region. Additionally, you will: - Manage meetings, workshops, and events for members - Recruit volunteers and match them to member needs - Support effective grant delivery - Represent the organisation at events and deliver presentations - Maintain the membership database and provide reports About You To be considered as a National Delivery Officer, you will need: - Experience of project management and operations within the community, physical activity or youth sector - Experience in volunteer management and capacity building - The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders - Proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets for reporting and administration - A suitable set-up to work from home (laptop/phone provided by our client) - A full, valid driving licence Please note, this role will involve working occasional evenings and weekends as well as traveling throughout Wales regularly and occasionally in the UK.
