Warehouse Administrator Northampton Monday – Friday 6pm – 3am £12.50ph Temporary – Permanent We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our client in Northampton. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are recorded in the system. Prepare and generate reports related to inventory, stock levels, and order processing. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies. Assist in stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain warehouse records, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of orders. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails. Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory and shipments. Requirements Experience in warehouse administration. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
