Position Summary/Objective The Payroll Administrator's primary responsibilities will be providing payroll administrative support to the customers of OSVs Payroll Services function.
The Payroll Administrator must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and emphasize personal initiative.
This role requires a skilled payroll professional with an interest in interfacing with clients to provide a best-in-class payroll experience.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities Provides outstanding payroll services support Assists the Payroll Specialists with processing client payrolls using Workday Inputting of payroll data to Workday including the input of data onto customer EIBs for payroll processing Perform payroll administrative duties including data entry and distribution of payslips, P45 & P11D forms.
Assists with the monitoring of tickets ensuring Service Level Agreements are maintained or exceeded for clients Updates payroll records as appropriate Ensures all relevant documents are filed/stored appropriately in accordance with internal policy or external regulation Other related Customer-specific administration tasks Responsible for administering the court order system and processes including setting up new customers, distributing the daily files, sending confirmation communication, and off-boarding customers.
Manage the ticketing system queue, distributing tickets to the appropriate team member and escalating those requiring it to management.
Ensure that all tickets meet One Source Virtuals SLAs.
Generate reports required for customer presentations, metrics tracking, and internal processing use.
Interact with various departments within and outside the company to answer questions and resolve issues.
Work on special projects as needed.
