About the job Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties Managing Sales & Purchase ledgers Bank reconciliation Subcontractor invoicing and payments Preparation of CIS returns Month End supplier Statement reconciliation Preparation of UK VAT returns Answering phones and general administrative duties Your skills & experience Experience of working in an administration role (Essential) Experience working in a finance admin/ accounts assistant position (Desirable) Currently studying toward IATI or equivalent (Desirable and full study support can be provided) Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
