Your Duties: Provide professional advice and expertise on graphic and digital design projects on behalf of the Housing Executive. Work across multiple projects, meeting deadlines associated with varied design assignments. Deliver and produce a wide range of design assignments, including social media graphics, infographics, merchandise, signage, pop-ups, leaflets, reports, and exhibitions. Offer creative input for both internal and external design projects, particularly on social media. Produce high-quality artwork for public, press, and online assignments within agreed timeframes. Collaborate with the design team as part of the Housing Executives rebranding process, helping to create new guidelines, assets, and templates. Ensure all design outputs align with Housing Executive brand guidelines. Provide input on specifications for design and print-related contracts. Ensure design work meets accessibility requirements, such as producing accessible PDFs. Prepare specifications for printers, liaising with third-party suppliers as needed. Operate effectively within the Apple Mac desktop publishing environment. Source stock images and adhere to copyright requirements, maintaining stock catalogue contracts as necessary. Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers. Regularly maintain filing systems and ensure backup procedures are followed. Your Profile: Qualifications: A degree (Level 6) in Graphic Design, plus a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Graphic Design role. OR Level 5 qualification in Graphic Design, plus a minimum of 2 years experience in Graphic Design. Experience: Significant relevant experience within an Apple Mac environment. Proficiency in a range of design software packages. Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite and a detailed knowledge of associated software. Your Benefits: £14.91 per hour. Pension Contribution. Additional Information: Full-time, Temporary 9:00-17:00, Monday-Friday A Basic Access NI check is required at a cost of £16.
