We are pleased to be working with a well-established insurance broker who is part of a larger group that is now keen to appoint a new Commercial Account Handler to their team.
They are a broker with several brands, one of which offers a fantastic proposition, donating 25% of their commissions to a wide range of animal charities. They are passionate about supporting the natural world, which aligns with the founding Director's vision and the broker's mission statement. We are keen to speak with insurance professionals who share a passion for animals, although this is not essential to the role. Our client believes that individuals who buy into their vision will be the best fit for this business!
The role involves splitting time between working under this brand and the traditional part of the broking business, offering a varied experience where no two days will be the same.
They seek an experienced insurance broker with a good all-round knowledge of commercial lines to provide full account handling support to their Account Executives.
To be considered, you will possess at least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, with experience gained in a broker environment.
Knowledge of the Acturis system would be a distinct advantage, although it is not essential.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
Salary on offer is GBP 30,000 - 35,000 depending on your experience, plus a good benefits package which includes 27 days holiday (plus your birthday off) and time off over Christmas. They also offer a competitive company pension, Bupa Cash plan, Gym flex, and hybrid working.
