Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design?
Do you want to work with one of the UK’s best-loved baby and toddler brands, bringing ideas to life across multiple touchpoints? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help us create eye-catching, engaging materials across digital and physical environments.
About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand identity, ensuring our communications stand out and resonate with parents. Your work will span digital platforms (social media, website, retailer websites), physical spaces (in-store, events, festivals), and packaging design. You’ll bridge both brand and shopper marketing, requiring a mix of creative flair, technical skills, and strong project management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead creative development, ensuring all designs align with brand strategy and guidelines.
* Work with multiple stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver high-quality design assets.
* Create image and video content for social media, digital platforms, and physical marketing materials.
* Collaborate with printers and third parties to artwork, proof, and deliver high-quality assets with strong attention to detail.
* Support packaging design, including developing on-pack assets and concept renderings.
* Manage and maintain our digital asset management system (DAM), providing training and support for users.
* Research and innovate, keeping our brand fresh and forward-thinking against competitors.
What We’re Looking For
* 3-5 years of design experience, preferably in an FMCG environment (agency or in-house brand team).
* Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a willingness to embrace AI tools and new design technologies.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to learn new technical/design skills independently.
* Strong communication and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Organised, curious, and detail-oriented, with a passion for staying ahead of creative trends.
