The Digital Engineering function within Crown House provides the capability to fully engineer projects before commencing work on site. This ensures an optimised engineered solution, technical excellence, maximised use of offsite products, reduced waste and enhanced delivery efficiency. All our engineers are part of our Engineering Enterprise and aligned with our overall strategy to maximise DfMA, Digital Engineering, and Early Engagement. What to expect as a Digital Engineer...
Supporting the delivery of MEP Services with a huge variety of products including plant rooms and risers. Assisting senior members of the team to interface design teams to ensure the DFMA (Modular) strategy is incorporated. Can you produce 3D models and drawings for installation and off-site manufacture? Do you have experience in either mechanical, public health, electrical or builders work services? Then we can grow your knowledge and support your career development further.
What do you need for this role?:
* MEP experience on Revit
* Knowledge of MEP services coordination principles (Building fabric integration, advice to structural and architectural teams)
* Ability to produce 2D drawings including; schematics, MEP Services end sheets, risers and complex plantrooms
