Job Title: Tutor with SEN Experience

Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:
* Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students effectively
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience working with students with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* Additional training or qualifications in Special Education is desirable
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN
* Demonstrated success in improving students' academic performance
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
* Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team supporting students with SEN
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
* Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
* Regular collaboration with school staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
