Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile. In a complex economic climate, clients and Regulators focus more on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model risk involves adverse outcomes from errors in financial models. You'll work on model development, validation, and governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimisation services.
Wholesale: Assist wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
Retail: Focus on retail clients, dealing with conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.
Growth Opportunities: Our three-year programme helps you develop expertise in risk management across finance sectors, supporting your pursuit of the FRM certification.
Teams: Work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into risk management, making a positive impact.
If you're curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
