We are currently recruiting for community care assistants to join our teams providing care in peoples own homes in the Broxbourne and surrounding areas. Previous experience in the care industry is not necessary as paid comprehensive training is provided by our Inhouse training department. You will need to have a full driving licence with access to your own car in order for us to process your application. Our pay rates are £13.00 per hour weekdays and on weekends are increased to £16.00 per hour, with working hours between 7am-10pm. Shift patterns are 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm including alternate weekends. As well as Zero hour contracts we also offer part time and full contracts of up to 40hrs per week, with pay rates of £12.82p/h weekdays and £15.00p/h weekends. The role of a community care assistant includes: Providing support and care for our service users within their own homes Supporting and assisting with personal care. Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks. Administering medication Supporting your service user with their hobbies and social interests.
