We are seeking an Experienced Support Workers Based in Chester As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to adults and children. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence and well-being. Assisting with personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation. Implementing behaviour management strategies to address challenging behaviours. Building positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience: Brain injury knowledge / experience, Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team and delivering therapy programmes, Experience of challenging behaviour, highly empathetic with excellent motivational and nurturing skills, Experience working with vulnerable young adults, Experience of lone working Must have at least 6 months UK care experience and Right to work in the UK An up-to-date DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service – Should you need to apply for a new DBS we can support you with this. To be able to commit to an assignment, to ensure structure and stability for our service users. Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
