Job Title: Customer Engagement Executive

Salary: £25,000 + commission (1st year OTE £35k-£40k)

Job Purpose:
The sales team is responsible for growing revenue and profit on all products and services supplied by Focus Group. The customer engagement executive role is an integral part of the business, ensuring customers are kept up to date with Focus Group’s product portfolio and upselling new features and additional services tailored to each client. The team is responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and are their day-to-day contact for adding services to their account.

Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
* Maintain and adapt product knowledge.
* Cross-sell different products to the existing customer base.
* Understand the sales process from start to finish.
* Sell upgrades to existing customers.
* Create opportunities through lead generation for surrounding teams covering all product offerings.
* Look for referrals from current customers to build own client base.
* Ensure pipeline and forecasting is accurate at all times throughout the month.
* Meet productivity and sales-based KPIs.
