Job Title: Regional Commercial Director
In a Nutshell:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy and team within Vistry Northern Home Counties, based at our Milton Keynes office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the Business Unit's commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability through effective leadership and motivation of the commercial team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of the Business Unit's commercial strategy, aligned with company objectives.
* Direct and motivate the commercial team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
* Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective communication and alignment across departments.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decision-making.

* Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
