We are looking for an Outbound Contact Centre Agent for our client in Bedminster. As an outbound contact centre agent, you will be making outbound phone calls to create appointments for the design consultants.
Job Title: Outbound Contact Centre Agent
Salary: £11.44 per hour plus commission (approximately £300 extra per month).
Since it is an office-based role at the head office in Bristol, it might require working on bank holidays, weekends, and outside the working hours.
Shift: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm with a half-hour lunch break (37.5 hours per week)
Main Duties:
1. To achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and individually - including the numbers of calls made, decision maker contacts achieved, appointments made (number and quality), and appointments visited.
2. The individual agent should always be aware of their performance versus KPIs and targets.
3. Ensure that all the calls allocated to them are called within the defined time periods.
4. Ensure calls are made using the correct scripts and to incorporate specific promotions within their scripts.
5. Ensure that appointments are booked according to the current policies and standards.
6. Ensure data entry on the Call Centre Manager and Lead Manager systems is accurate and complete.
7. To make outbound calls as instructed by the Contact Centre Management.
8. When required, offer inbound phone cover to the sales phone numbers.
9. To provide feedback and ideas to the management team.
10. The Agent must ensure that they have up-to-date knowledge of the products, sales policies, scripts, and procedures.
11. To support and assist the Contact Centre Management as required.
