Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Global Customer Service Representative / Global Service Coordinator for our client based in Braintree, Essex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational service delivery function for a portfolio of businesses across 70 countries. This includes providing exceptional customer service, managing quotations, organising collections and ensuring partner organisations adhere to SLAs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Provide Excellent customer service and build strong relationships
* Managing quotations
* Organising collections from businesses
* Ensuring partners are meeting SLAs
* Managing and processing client requests
* Maintaining strong, timely communication with customers
* Generating complex quotations for new and existing clients
* Acting as the primary point of contact for issue resolutions, escalating as necessary
* Preparing reports
* Collaborating with other internal teams
* Conducting meetings and annual reviews
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Experience in working directly with international/global customers or suppliers
* Customer Service experience
* Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple customers
* Experience and confidence in dealing with customers, managing queries in a professional and polite manner
Working hours are Monday – Friday 0900 – 1700, 35 hours per week.
In return our client offers a salary of £26,500 per annum, modern office facilities, and hybrid working after completion of training period.
