Description We are seeking an experienced HRIS Expert with a strong background in Human Resources processes and a specialization in compensation (salary increase and individual bonus management). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS solutions with our implementation partner to streamline compensation programs and support the annual campaign working closely with the Total Reward team as the main stake holder. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy, optimize HR systems and processes. The HRIS Compensation System Analyst understands perfectly the compensation and benefits processes and requirements to be able to drive the system implementation done by our implementation partner Oracle. The individual will provide functional support to our Total Reward team as well as local HR Specialists, incident management, release management/analysis, testing and training. He/She actively participates in projects and enhancements related to the HR systems, interfaces with the business and IT, gathers requirements from all the countries within HOYA Vision Care, manage configuration changes with the implementation partner, creates reports, and is strong in analysis. This is a transversal and evolving role, supporting multiple HR domains, including performance management, recruiting, and talent management, depending on the candidate's expertise and career aspirations. The HRIS Senior Analyst is a global role reporting to the Hoya Vision Care Global HRIS Transformation Director, Human Resources. Responsibilities HRIS management Configure and maintain the HRIS to support compensation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Gather business requirements and provide functional specifications to implementation partners. Project management oversee system implementation in collaboration with the Oracle implementation partner. Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system developments before Total Reward team approval. Administer the Oracle Cloud HCM compensation module, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Monitor data integrity and conduct regular audits to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Compensation Processes: Manage salary structures, job classifications, and eligibility criteria in collaboration with the Total Reward team. Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus processing. Develop workflows and automation to enhance efficiency in compensation processes and reporting. Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Create dashboards and analytics tools for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies. Collaboration & Training: Partner with HRIS, Total Reward, HR, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure systems align with business objectives. Train HR staff and managers on HRIS functionalities and compensation modules. Provide timely user support and resolve system-related issues efficiently. Compliance & Governance: Stay updated on market trends and best practices in compensation and HRIS. Ensure HRIS configurations meet compliance standards, including pay equity and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Required: 6 to 13 years of experience in HRIS management with a focus on compensation implementation. Strong understanding of compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus processing Understanding of Core HR data structure and management Proficiency in HRIS platforms ideally Oracle HCM or any major HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Beqom, etc. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
