HR Project Manager - M&A
Location: London (Bank) - Hybrid (2 or 3 days in the office)
Contract: 6 month FTC
Working for a private wealth and asset management organisation undergoing a period of change, growth, and acquisition. We are looking for an M&A and TUPE specialist to assist during this transition for 6 months. You will be responsible for pre and post harmonisation work, including communication, and TUPE of up to 70 headcount. You should have experience managing change with senior communications exposure.
Due to the fast-paced nature of this environment, you must have recent experience in financial services or insurance, having managed TUPE processes involving 50+ staff. You will be joining a team of 10 within HR, with the organisation's total headcount being 500 in the UK.
