On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join an established team to help support the smooth operation of IT Services across the organisation. The successful candidate will offer proven experience working within an IT Service Desk environment or an IT Support related role. Responsibilities:
1. Provide end user support remotely and virtually (1st Line capacity)
2. Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for internal customers
3. Manage on-going support issues, providing updates where necessary through to completion.
4. Escalate support tickets and engage with different teams across the wider department.
5. Demonstrate willingness for constant learning.
Requirements:
6. Experience working within an IT Service Desk and a customer service background.
7. Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory and MS Exchange.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, organised, and self-motivated.
9. A keen interest in technology and aptitude to pursue a career within IT.
