In a nutshell
As a Spare Parts Manager, you will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of spare parts processes along with the dedicated team based in our Coventry office.

What you will be doing
* Lead and promote the Bystronic culture and values. Create a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members.
* Team engagement and positive relationship with overall organization especially spare parts and logistics team.
* Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction through the continual focus on NPS and the achievement of local OTIF targets.
* Manage spare parts processes flow according to ERP system (quotes, order confirmations, purchase orders, invoicing).
* Coordinate after sales service activities with team and support functions to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
* Manage the implementation, completion and monitoring of the migration to the Center of Excellence in relation to the Spare Parts Department.
* Manage the spare part stock and forecasting of a subsidiary (quantity, minimum inventory level etc.) according to the Bystronic requirements.
* Manage the returns of non-used or damaged parts to supplier according to corporate policy.
* Primary contact with customers regarding spare parts processes.
Your education & experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* Basic business and finance knowledge, with an understanding of customer satisfaction and financial drivers.
* Profound knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software, basic PC skills (customer relationship management software, Excel and PowerPoint).
