My client is a well respected and forward thinking Independent Financial Planning firm based in London. As a result of recent business growth due to an increased number of clients coming to the business for sound financial advice, this company is seeking to add to their existing administrative support team. As a business, they offer whole of market advice on financial services including Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Mortgages and some Protections. They also offer Wills and Trusts as well as Powers of Attorney assistance and a string of other services. They have a 25 year history in financial planning and have an established book of clients that continues to grow organically. They are seeking a versatile, experienced financial advisor’s administrator who has a number of years previous employment within a wealth management firm to offer full administrative support to their Financial Planners and Paraplanning team. They offer hybrid working pattern where you will be able to work 2/3 days from home. When you are in the office you will enjoy working with a very talented and dynamic team of wealth management professionals, where a great working environment and culture is promoted, with many social events throughout the year that take advantage of the prime London location and all that central London has to offer. You must have excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Administrator in Wealth Management and ideally be knowledgeable of using various platforms and systems.
