Your responsibilities will include unit handovers, analyzing behaviors, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with complex neurological conditions, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.
Your day-to-day will include unit handovers, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends. 37.5 hours per week.
Other responsibilities:
* Assisting with daily living activities, e.g. feeding, showering, and toilet assistance
* Utilizing equipment to move residents when necessary.
* Adhering to cleanliness of the workplace and updating cleaning schedules daily.
* Communicating with residents’ families and external visitors and colleagues.

Qualifications
* Experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK is required, with a caring and compassionate approach to working with people with complex neurological conditions.
